ABSTRACT SUBMISSION GUIDELINES FOR MP-PATHCON 2026
Last date for submission of abstract is 15th December 2025.
Acceptance of the abstract will be communicated through mppathcon26@gmail.com.
Registration for MPPATHCON 2026 is mandatory for presenting author.
Evaluation for Oral & Poster presentation will be held during conference dates (10th and 11th January 2026).
The scientific committees reserve the right to convert an oral paper abstract to a poster presentation if deemed appropriate.
Selected 3 best oral papers and posters will be awarded during the valedictory function in the following categories:
Histopathology
Cytopathology
Hematology & Transfusion Medicine
Clinical Pathology & Biochemistry
Microbiology & Parasitology
Candidate can participate only in One Presentation.(Oral or Poster Presentation)
Conference Registration number must be mentioned in the email while submission.
Certificate will be given only after presentation
Word count should not be more than 250 words.
Font Style: Times New Roman.
Font Size: 12 with double spacing.
Abstract (Original papers):
Introduction,
Body- Introduction, Aim/Objectives, Materials & Methods, Observation/Result, and Conclusion with 4–6 Key words.
Case Report/Case Series – Introduction, Aim/Objectives, Case report, and Conclusion with 4–6 Key words.
Full name, Email, designation, and affiliation of all authors should be provided.
Presenting author’s name should be first and underlined.
No references, tables or images should be added in the abstract.
The work should be unpublished and must not have been submitted to other conferences or journals. There should be no conflict of interest.
Abstracts must be written in English.
GUIDELINES FOR ORAL PAPER PRESENTATION
Oral paper abstract by faculty can also be submitted and will be evaluated separately. Best 3 papers will be awarded from all categories.
Oral paper presentation shall be in PPT form.
Bring oral presentation PPT in a pen drive and also submit to email: mppathcon26@gmail.com.
Time allotted for oral presentation will be 5 minutes and 2 minutes for discussion.
GUIDELINES FOR POSTER PRESENTATION
Poster presentation will be physical and should be printed in portrait layout of size 120 cm (length) × 84 cm (width) or 3.5 ft (height) × 2.5 ft (width), under the following headings: Introduction, Aim and Objectives, Material and Method, Result, Discussion and Conclusion.
Poster must be placed in designated area on 10th and 11th January 2026.
Material for putting up the poster will be provided at the venue.
Presenter must be available at the time of poster evaluation, failing which certificate will not be issued.
